Zinc capsules with L-histidine – 15 mg zinc (150 % NRV) per day
In addition to zinc bisglycinate, each capsule contains 20 mg L-histidine (fermentatively produced). L-histidine is a proteinogenic amino acid and part of body proteins. Per daily intake (2 capsules) you consume 15 mg zinc – which corresponds to 150 % of the nutrient reference value (NRV).
Zinc performs a variety of functions in the body. Zinc is important both for the immune system and for cell protection as well as for the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. Many people therefore appreciate keeping an eye on their zinc intake – for example during periods of high stress, changes in eating habits or when they want to structure their micronutrient intake more consciously.
