Shipping Costs

We ship all our packages insured and charge the following flat shipping rates:

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs fees may apply. For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us for a price quote. Without prior agreement, we must charge a flat fee of 58.00 € for shipping outside Europe.

Note for deliveries to Germany: For selected products, shipping costs may be lower than stated above or waived entirely due to special promotions and offers. Further information will be provided on the respective product pages in such cases.

Delivery Terms

The delivery of BioProphyl® products is subject to the ordering and payment conditions as valid at the time of the order.

Delivery is made within five (5) working days, unless otherwise specified for the product. Working days are considered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. For prepayment via bank transfer, the period begins when the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods, it begins upon conclusion of the contract.

Your order will generally be delivered to you in a single shipment (one package). Should certain products, for example due to their size or lack of availability, need to be packed or shipped separately, partial shipments are also possible. We will cover any additional costs for the postage and shipping of the partial delivery, so that no extra costs will be incurred by you.

To choose from the different payment methods, simply click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your filled shopping cart. You will then be prompted to register or log into your existing account. After providing the shipping information, the various payment options will be available for selection:

Invoice / Bank Transfer Invoice

In certain cases within Germany, Benelux, Austria, and Switzerland.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. For your security, we are supported by our partner Payone in processing credit card payments.

Paypal

With PayPal, payment by credit card is possible. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are supported, among others. For more information, please visit our partner PayPal.

Sofort Bank Transfer Sofort

The Sofort bank transfer payment method from the Klarna Group allows you to make purchases through the trusted online banking system. The entry and processing of your login details, as well as your PIN and transaction-related TAN, are done exclusively within the secure payment form of Sofort GmbH and not with us. Shipments outside of Germany, Benelux, Austria, and Switzerland are only possible with prepayment or PayPal and are billed exclusively in Euros. In certain cases, payment by credit card is also possible. We will be happy to inform you if you would like to use this option. Please make sure to provide the IBAN and SWIFT codes for international bank transfers, as otherwise bank fees may apply, which we will have to charge you. All prices include statutory VAT, excluding shipping costs.
