Red Rice plus Q10 contains red fermented rice with a standardized content of 2.5 mg Monacolin-K and 25 mg Coenzyme Q10 per capsule. The production is carried out without artificial aids or additives, and by using a plant-based capsule shell, the product is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Natural Quality from BioProphyl: Red Rice plus Q10
Red fermented rice is a traditional Chinese preparation made from white rice, which is fermented using the red mold fungus Monascus purpureus. It should not be confused with red-hulled rice varieties that can be found in health food stores and are consumed cooked as a side dish. Red rice obtains its characteristic red coloration through the fermentation process, during which the valuable active ingredient Monacolin-K is formed.
Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance whose special properties have been described in numerous studies. Our body can produce Q10 itself, and we also obtain it through our diet.

For the production of Red Rice plus Q10, we use a standardized extract from red rice with 1.6% Monacolin-K. This allows us to ensure that each capsule contains 2.5 mg of Monacolin-K from 156.25 mg of rice extract.
In addition to testing for possible contamination with heavy metals and microorganisms, the red rice is examined for the presence of citrinin. Only batches that have been proven to contain no citrinin are used in production. In this way, we can guarantee a safe product suitable for daily supplementation.
Coenzyme Q10 is the ideal complement to red rice. We use exclusively fermentatively produced Q10 with the highest degree of purity.
Red rice and Q10 are encapsulated in plant-based cellulose capsules without artificial aids or additives. The finished product is therefore suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Consumption recommendation
Take 1 capsule daily after dinner with some liquid.
Note on ingestion
Red rice should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years, or adults over 70 years. Additionally, it should not be taken with cholesterol-lowering medications or other products containing red yeast rice. If symptoms occur, medical advice should be sought before consuming this product.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed after opening.
