Meno 4-Plant Complex combines four selected plant extracts with vitamin B6 in a carefully balanced formulation. The recommended daily serving of one capsule contains:
- 400 mg wild yam tuber extract containing 80 mg diosgenin
- 150 mg yarrow herb extract 10:1
- 50 mg hop flower extract 10:1
- 10 mg chaste tree fruit extract 4:1
- 0.90 mg vitamin B6
According to the raw material specifications, the plant extracts contain no carriers or excipients. The capsule shell is made from plant-based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
