Melatonin: The key to sleep
Our product Melatonin contains the sleep hormone melatonin, which as the counterpart to the stress hormone cortisol ensures that our body functions slow down and we become tired. As a result it helps us fall asleep. This effect has also been officially recognized by the European Food Safety Authority. It confirms that 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed reduces the time it takes to fall asleep.

When thoughts are racing, sleep is usually out of question. That is why we have supplemented the melatonin not only with the traditionally used herbs lemon balm, lavender and valerian, but also with magnesium and the vitamins C and B6, which have been shown to support a healthy psyche. The formulation is rounded off with the amino acid L‑tryptophan, which in one step can be converted into serotonin, known as the “happiness hormone.”
