We also take responsibility and follow the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), as the safety and health of our employees and customers are our top priority. To this end, we have implemented corresponding additional protection and hygiene measures throughout our company, and for instance, have also restricted the personal contact of our employees with each other and established a home office for those who can work from home. We have further subdivided the multi-shift operations in production, logistics, and shipping to significantly reduce and avoid contact points. Our colleagues working there do their best every day to ensure that the delivery of your desired product sprouts continues to be guaranteed.
You do not need to worry about not receiving your products. We are constantly producing, so restocking is already on its way, even if an item is temporarily out of stock.

Please don’t let yourself be driven crazy, but be cautious. Show solidarity and responsibility; take to heart yesterday's TV address from our Chancellor as well as the guidance from official bodies (including the Robert Koch Institute, the central facility of the federal government for disease monitoring and prevention) and follow their appeal: Stick to the official recommendations, limit personal social contacts, stay at home, and go out only for absolutely necessary errands, such as shopping or medical visits. Only in this way can we collectively manage to contain the spread of the infection.
The more responsibly we act, the faster we will get through these times. Especially now, we should all pull together to protect older people and those at increased risk and prevent young people from becoming carriers. For instance, consider participating in neighborhood assistance to help vulnerable individuals with their shopping.
