Intestinal Cleansing Phase 1 - The First Step to a Good Gut Feeling
Intestinal Cleansing Phase I is the first part of our intestinal cleansing program. The powder contains ground psyllium husks, beta-glucans, and flaxseed powder as sources of dietary fiber, chlorella algae powder, as well as the herbs dandelion and fennel. The formula is supplemented with calcium and the B vitamins niacin, B12, and biotin to support the mucous membranes. Intestinal Cleansing Phase 1 is free from any additives, allergens, and is 100% vegan.
Within four weeks, Phase 1 creates the optimal foundation for the subsequent Phase 2 of the cleanse.
Dietary Fiber as a Fitness Program for Your Gut
Dietary fiber stimulates bowel movements and helps your gut get going naturally. Psyllium husks also contain a particularly high proportion of water-soluble fiber, which is broken down by bacteria in the colon into the short-chain fatty acids acetate, propionate, and butyrate. These short-chain fatty acids are largely absorbed by the cells of the intestinal mucosa and used as an energy source. In this way, they help maintain the health of mucosal cells and prevent the transfer of bacterial components and other potentially harmful compounds from the intestines into the body. A small portion of the fatty acids also reaches the bloodstream via the liver and influences inflammatory processes, sugar metabolism, and the feeling of satiety.
All About the Raw Materials in Intestinal Cleansing Phase I
Origin, Production, Quality
Intestinal Cleansing Phase I contains only natural ingredients specifically tailored to the needs of the gut. For optimal tolerability, the fibers have been supplemented with dandelion and fennel. These two herbs are traditionally used to support digestion and are appreciated for their positive effects on stomach and intestinal activity.
Intestinal Cleansing Phase I has no laxative effect, making it easy to integrate into your daily routine.
Important to know: Intestinal Cleansing Phase I should not be taken at the same time as medications or other dietary supplements. Please allow an interval of about 2 hours so that the individual nutrients and active ingredients can be optimally absorbed by the body.
