We rely on natural quality: Inner Peace by Bioprophyl
"Inner Peace" was specially developed by us to support mental well-being and is based on an extract of Ashwagandha with 5% withanolides. Ashwagandha (translated from Sanskrit as "smell of the horse"), also known as winter cherry, Indian ginseng or somniferous berry, is valued in Ayurvedic medicine for its positive effects as an adaptogen. Two capsules of "Inner Peace" per day provide 600 mg of Ashwagandha extract.
The formula is rounded off with vitamins B1, B2, folic acid, B6 and B12 to support mental well-being, as well as the essential amino acid L-tryptophan. Our recommendation of 2 capsules of "Inner Peace" per day already covers the recommended daily intake of the included B vitamins.
