Frankincense from BioProphyl: 300 mg Extract with 85% Boswellic Acids
The frankincense resin of the species Boswellia serrata, primarily found in India, has been used for over 3,000 years under the name “Salai guggal” in traditional Indian medicine, Ayurveda. The most valuable active ingredients are the boswellic acids.
In simple frankincense powder, these are present in only small amounts of about 1%, whereas in an extract they are available in concentrated form. Our frankincense capsules contain a highly dosed extract with 85% boswellic acids.

For our capsules, we use original Indian frankincense as an extract with an exceptionally high boswellic acid content of 85%. We process this extract without any artificial auxiliaries or fillers. By using a plant-based cellulose capsule, we obtain a pure natural product suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Boswellic acids naturally have low bioavailability. To increase this, we add Bioperine®, a standardized extract from black pepper characterized by a high content of piperine alkaloids. This combination can multiply the biological availability of boswellic acids. Consumption together with a fatty meal can further improve absorption.
Consumption recommendation
Take 1 capsule daily shortly after a meal with some liquid.
