We would love to always be there for you, but we also take a break sometimes. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

However, we are also happy to receive emails or calls on our voicemail during our absence. We will gladly call you back as soon as we can and if you wish. We usually respond to emails within a few hours during our opening hours. Callbacks usually take place just a few minutes after your call, as soon as the first available staff member is free and you haven’t left another preference regarding the callback time.

So if you want to pick up a product or are simply interested, visits to our headquarters in the Eifel are possible – preferably with prior notice and a quick arrangement – almost anytime (during our regular opening hours). In 1991, when Frank Devooght founded S-Line Gesundheitsprodukte, the company was still in its early years in the medieval town of Mayen. At that time, “walk-in customers” were more common. Over the years, the business shifted towards being a purely online provider; we now ship our products across Europe, and for most customers, a well-accessible, representative location became less important. BioProphyl, as we are now called, moved to the family’s headquarters in the Eifel. Here, in line with our motto “Nature as a model,” we could focus on developing new, innovative formulations. From then on, most of the value creation steps took place in the idyllic village of Nitz in the Eifel region.

In 2014, the founder handed over the company to his sons, keeping the business 100% privately owned. We are proud to be able to run the company this way, even after more than 30 years, without investors or external partners, ensuring your needs and desires come first while meeting our social responsibility as an attractive employer for the Vulkaneifel region.
