Delivery
Make sure that you have filled in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) when proceeding to checkout. Accepting the privacy policy and the general terms and conditions is mandatory for completing a purchase.
Additionally, we currently only deliver to a limited selection of countries. You can find the exact details on our information page about Shipping & Payment.
Under your user account in the “Personal Profile” section, navigate to the “Login Details” area at the bottom. Click on “Change Email Address” to the right of your current email address. Enter your new email address, repeat it in the adjacent field to avoid typos, and confirm the input in the password field with your current password. Press “Save Changes”.
Your new email address will now appear in the “Login Details” section. From now on, please log in with this email address.
Under certain conditions, not every payment method is enabled for every amount or delivery country. For example, you can only order with the payment method “Invoice” in Germany and Austria, provided your total order amount does not exceed €150 . Paypal is enabled as a payment method for all countries we deliver to.

“Login issues occur in two cases:
- You don’t have a customer account. If you have previously ordered as a guest, no customer account has been created for you. In this case, you can register via the user icon in the upper right corner, but you will not be able to log in yet.
- Your user data is incorrect. This means you may have mistyped your login details or forgotten your password. You can reset your password using the link “I forgot my password.” After entering your email address, you will receive an email with a prompt to reset your password.
You can reset your password yourself here and create a new one. You can quickly and easily set up your own customer account.
In some cases, payments cannot be completed. This usually happens when a payment is processed through an external service provider. This applies to the payment methods PayPal, Credit Card, and Klarna Sofort.
When using one of these payment methods, you will be redirected to the respective payment provider after completing your order. There, you must authenticate the payment using a method of authentication agreed upon between you and the provider. If you cancel the process or the connection is interrupted during authentication, no payment confirmation will be transmitted to us. Your account will not be charged in this case.
However, your order will remain open with the payment status “Unconfirmed” or “Failed.” You can reinitiate the payment through your customer account.

We only send order confirmations once we can further process the order. For some payment methods, this happens only after we receive authentication for the payment. In certain cases, the payment is not confirmed by the payment service provider. This can happen for various reasons. In such cases, you will also not receive an order confirmation.
