120 mg pure OPC per capsule: Be well supplied for several months
OPC120 contains 120 mg pure OPC from the seeds of French grapes. The OPC is supplemented with 12 mg natural vitamin C from the acerola cherry for protection of the cells against oxidative stress. By dispensing with any auxiliary substances, a pure natural product is produced, which is also suitable within a vegan diet to complement the daily nutrient spectrum.
Tested and confirmed by independent laboratories: The total polyphenols, based on the grape seed extract contained in the capsule, amount to 100% = 300 mg per capsule. The pure OPC content is 40% and thus corresponds to 120 mg per capsule.

What distinguishes OPC120 from OPC240 and OPCpur?
All our OPC products contain the same grape seed extract. The difference lies in their OPC and vitamin C content.
OPC120 contains 120 mg OPC and 12 mg natural vitamin C per capsule. The recommended intake is 1‑2 capsules per day. OPC120® is suitable for all who want to supplement their daily nutrient intake with OPC and generally benefit from the advantages of this secondary plant compound. The capsules are ideal for entry, as the lower dosage is very well tolerated.
OPC240 contains 240 mg OPC and 34 mg natural vitamin C per capsule. Due to the higher dosage, we recommend only one capsule per day here. OPC240 already covers an increased requirement with one capsule and offers a particularly favorable price‑performance ratio.
OPCpur contains exclusively grape seed extract with 120 mg OPC from 300 mg grape seed extract per capsule and corresponds in application to OPC120. However, it is also suitable for persons with fructose intolerance due to the omission of acerola as an ingredient.

Manufacture of the OPC capsules: Quality for more than 20 years
OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins) belong within the secondary plant compounds to the group of flavanols and were discovered in 1955 by Prof. Dr. Jack Masquelier. They are found in particularly high concentration in the seeds of grapes.
The OPC we use is obtained in France from the seeds of French grapes. The producer places special emphasis on sustainability.
As starting material, grape pomace is used, which is collected directly from the winemakers within a radius of less than 80 km to keep the CO2 footprint low. The by‑products generated during production are without exception processed and reused for various purposes, and the water removed during the process is recycled or used for irrigation of the vines.
The extraction of the OPC takes place in a multistage process. Initially, the grape seeds are separated from the skins and dried. From the seeds the OPC‑containing extract is finally obtained, which is spray‑dried without carrier substances.
By dispensing with any fillers and auxiliary substances in capsule production, such as magnesium stearate, we obtain a residue‑free and 100 % pure natural product that is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

The OPC we use is extracted from the seeds of French grapes and processed into OPC120, OPC240 and OPCpur without any auxiliary or additive substances. All processing steps take place exclusively in France and Germany.
To ensure high quality, each batch is tested before filling for actual OPC content as well as potential contamination with heavy metals, microorganisms, and pesticides.
Consumption recommendation
Take 1-2 capsules with some liquid during or after a meal.
Note on ingestion
The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
OPC is suitable for anyone who wants to benefit from the additional intake of secondary plant compounds. The capsules should not be taken at the same time as medications, but with a gap of about 2 hours.
For optimal absorption, OPC should not be taken at the same time as protein-rich foods. We recommend keeping a time gap of at least 30 minutes.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed after opening.
